ઉપર જણાવ્યા મુજબના લાભ મેળવેલ કર્મચારીઓ/અધિકારીઓએ ૫૫ વર્ષ પુરા કરેલ છે તેવા અધિકારી/કર્મચારીઓને સી.સી.સી. પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવામાંથી મુક્તિ આપવામાં આવેલ છે.તેમજ ૩૧-૧૨-૨૦૧૩ સુધીમાં ૫૫ વર્ષ પુરા કરશે તેઓને પણ સી.સી.સી. પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવામાંથી મુક્તિ આપવામાં આવશે.

ફિક્સ પગાર મુદ્દે સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટમાં 21 ઓગસ્ટ

ગુજરાતના ફિક્સ પગારના કેસમાં વધુ એક મુદત પડી છે. હવે પછી સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં આ કેસની સુનાવણી 21મી ઓગસ્ટે હાથ ધરાશે. ફિક્સ પગારે નોકરી કરતાં સરકારી કર્મચારી કર્મચારીઓની નજર આજે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટની સુનાવણી પર હતી. જો કે કોર્ટમાં વધુ એક મુદત પડતાં કર્મચારીઓ નિરાશ થઈ ગયા છે. મહત્ત્વની વાત તો એ છે કે, આ મેટરને બોર્ડ પર રખાય તે પૂર્વે જ ગુજરાત સરકાર વતી સુપ્રીમમાં અરજી કરવામાં આવી હતી. અને સરકારે વધુ બે મહિનાના સમયની માગ કરી હતી. જો કે, સુપ્રીમે વધુ સમય આપવાનો ગુજરાત સરકારને સ્પષ્ટઈનકાર કરી દીધો હતો. ત્યાર બાદ આ મેટરને સુપ્રીમના બોર્ડ પર રખાઈ હતી. જો કે, આ અરજીની સુનાવણી હાથ ધરાઈ તે પહેલા જ કોર્ટના કામકાજના કલાકો પૂર્ણ થઈ ગયા હતાં. સુપ્રીમના બોર્ડમાં આજે ફિક્સ પગારની અરજી 13મા નંબરે ચાલનારી હતી. જો કે કોર્ટના નિયત સમય સુધીમાં નવ અરજીની સુનાવણી જ શકય બની હતી. હવે આ કેસમાં 21મી તારીખે નિર્ણય આવી જાય તે લગભગ નિશ્ચિત જણાય છે.
